I’ve designed and made jewellery for a living ever since I left the Royal College of Art, where I did a post-graduate degree in jewellery. I’m based in London, and have a workshop in Hoxton (bought before Hoxton became trendy). For many years I had a Saturday stall in the Apple Market, Covent Garden – very useful to sit there and listen to people's reactions to my pieces. Now I sell online.
My work is figurative, mostly featuring animals, real or mythical, which I model in wax for lost-wax casting, then polish myself. As well as my range of affordable silver figurines and jewellery, I make commissions to order, large and small. I have made silver for the Athenaeum, 10 Downing Street, Her Majesty the Queen, Lady Thatcher, Lichfield Cathedral and many of the Livery Companies.
I am a liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths.

I have a comfortable and cosy holiday flat in the small town where I live in Scotland. It has space for four people (one double room and one twin room). There is a good kitchen with all modern appliances, a nice bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a living/dining room. There is WiFi, central heating, double glazing, and a smart TV. Sheets and towels are provided. It is near to the centre of town where there are lots of good cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. The area has lots of places of historical interest for those who like to learn about the past. It is near to the university of Stirling where there is the MacRobert Arts Centre with a fine and comfortable cinema. You can book through our website. Direct bookings mean that there is no fee to pay to a third party.
I hope you like the sound of this property. We always enjoy making our guests welcome and do our best to ensure that they feel at home. We live just ten minutes away from the holiday flat so are always on hand if needed.

Artist working in St Albans - Hertfordshire - my artwork mostly describes landscape. Usually from sketches and photos from places I have visited and then painted with acrylic paint on board.
My paintings are able to identify the place or location I wish to describe, but with additional abstract motifs and features that will illustrate the experience or mood of these encounters. The range of subjects is large ranging from scenic landscapes, urban scenes, docklands and harbours to domestic settings and my home town.
I regularly show a local venues and galleries as well as being featured many times in Open Exhibitions at the Mall Galleries with the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, and the Marine Artists.
